1. Exchanges and Returns

1.1. Right of Withdrawal: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return any product without justification. The item must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, unused, with all included accessories and manuals. The process is simple: contact us at to receive a prepaid return label and instructions.

1.2. Exchanges for Manufacturing Defects: If the product has a manufacturing defect, you can request an exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery. Send us clear photos of the defect for evaluation. Once confirmed, we will cover all shipping costs and arrange for the replacement or a refund, according to your preference.

1.3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item. The amount will be credited to the same payment method used in the purchase. For returns due to dissatisfaction, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

1.4. Products Not Eligible for Return: Customized items, final sale products, and opened items that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

2. Delivery Timeframe

2.1. Estimated Delivery Time: For international orders, delivery time ranges from 15 to 35 business days after shipment. In exceptional cases like strikes or customs delays, the timeframe may be extended. For domestic orders, delivery is between 5 and 10 business days.
