1. Return request period
You may request a return or refund within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, unless a different period is required by applicable local law.
2. Return eligibility conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unused, undamaged by the customer, and in its original condition;
- be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories, when applicable;
- include proof of purchase or the order number.
3. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery and provide:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
In such cases, after review and confirmation, Wahzza may offer, as appropriate:
- a replacement;
- a reshipment;
- a full or partial refund.
4. Non-returnable items
Unless required by law, we do not accept returns for:
- items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery;
- items returned without original packaging or order identification;
- personalized or made-to-order products;
- intimate-use, personal care, or similar items, when applicable;
- final sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable.

Please include:
- your order number;
- your full name;
- the reason for the request;
- photos or videos, if there is a defect, damage, or order error.
After review, we will provide return instructions if applicable.
6. Return shipping costs
If the return is due to a Wahzza error, defective item, or incorrect order, return shipping costs may be covered by Wahzza, subject to case review.
If the return is due to change of mind, personal preference, or reasons unrelated to a product issue, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise required by law.
7. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, although processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or customer region.
Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and similar charges may be non-refundable, except where required by law or when the issue was caused by Wahzza.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. When possible, we may offer a replacement for the same item. If an exchange is not feasible, we may offer a refund or store credit, depending on the situation.
9. Order cancellations
Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the customer may need to wait for delivery and follow the return procedure.
