1. About Wahzza
Wahzza is a global company focused on providing a safer, more transparent, and more reliable shopping experience.
Unlike traditional stores that simply ship products directly to customers, Wahzza operates with an additional verification process. After the purchase is confirmed, the product is sent by Wahzza’s supplier partner to the Wahzza warehouse, where we perform QC (Quality Control) before the final shipment to the customer.
2. How Wahzza works
After the customer places an order, the process generally works as follows:
- the supplier ships the product to the Wahzza warehouse;
- the Wahzza team inspects the item;
- we check general condition, finishing, appearance, color, size, model, and possible visual variations compared to the order placed;
- we take real photos and, when applicable, videos of the product;
- this material may be sent to the customer for visual review before final shipment;
- after internal quality control approval, the product is packed and shipped to the customer.
Our goal is to ensure that the product purchased is the product actually prepared for shipment.
3. Quality control (QC)
Wahzza performs a basic visual and operational inspection of products received at our warehouse, with a focus on identifying:
- visible defects;
- apparent damage;
- incorrect model;
- incorrect color;
- incorrect size;
- variations inconsistent with the order placed;
- inadequate packaging or missing expected items, where applicable.
Wahzza’s policy is not to dispatch products that fail our internal quality control stage. If any issue is identified before shipment, we may replace the item, request correction from the supplier, wait for a replacement, or offer an appropriate solution to the customer, depending on the case.
4. Photos and videos before shipping
One of Wahzza’s key advantages is greater transparency throughout the buying process. When applicable, we may provide the customer with:
- real product photos;
- product videos;
- images of the package after packing and before shipment.
This procedure is part of the Wahzza experience and is intended to provide more confidence and peace of mind during the purchase process.
5. Product received by the customer
Our commitment is to work to ensure that the shipped item matches the product purchased by the customer, including the selected model, color, size, and variation.
Minor visual differences may occur due to lighting, device screen settings, manufacturing batch differences, packaging, or supplier presentation, but Wahzza seeks to minimize these differences through its inspection process.
6. Processing and shipping
After purchase, the order may go through the following stages:
- payment confirmation;
- shipment from the supplier to the Wahzza warehouse;
- inspection and quality control;
- photo or video registration;
- packaging;
- international dispatch to the customer.
This process exists to increase purchase security and improve the customer experience. Timelines may vary depending on the product, supplier, destination, carrier, and logistics procedures.
7. Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
- providing accurate shipping information;
- reviewing communications sent by Wahzza, where applicable;
- checking order details before completing the purchase;
- contacting Wahzza in case of questions, discrepancies, or issues related to the order.
8. Service limitations
Although Wahzza performs quality control before shipping, no human or logistical process is completely free from risk or error. In exceptional situations, discrepancies, delays, transit damage, or issues occurring after inspection may still happen.
In such cases, Wahzza will review the situation and seek an appropriate solution according to its applicable policies.
9. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Orders, returns, and refunds are subject to Wahzza’s specific published policies. By purchasing from us, the customer also agrees to Wahzza’s Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
Wahzza may update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect operational, legal, logistical, or commercial changes. The most recent version will always be available on the website.
